This fun and intense strength and conditioning class focuses on the necessary muscular strength and endurance to accelerate your training needs and goals in performing acrobatic skills from handstands to partner building skills to the deep core strength needed in all aspiring circus performers and practitioners. The class combines traditional circuit training, interval training, and circus arts conditioning. Open to All Levels.
