Learn dynamic transitions into and out off standing poses in a safe, supported, environment. Lock in your tempo and timing with a partner, finding the most efficient way to acro!
prerequisite (base or fly): a solid 2High; bird on hands (supine); solid side star on feet; shoulderstand on hands (unbound)
